Rental are easy to come by but get your hamstrings in top condition. Bikes are not made for speed or comfort.
Best bike rental on the island. The staff are awesome and willing to help every step of the way. MAC bike shop has a wide variety of bikes and trail along. The rental prices are the least expensive on the island with two sister properties on Main you'll always find what you need.
I was originally so satisfied with this company because all the employees were super friendly and helpful at the shop. However, when I got my credit card bill two weeks later, I was charged double what I should have been. I called the manager and he said he could not find my charge but that "he could tell me what happened", when I had just explained to him what had happened. It was more frustrating to work with him than anything, so decided paying double was more worth it than dealing with him. Very disappointing experience in the end.
Great service. Very friendly on pick up and drop off. Bottle of water included and they even gave my kids a little gift which they adored. I will always rent bikes from this place on the Island.
