Went in there because my feet were killing me from walking the island for two days. I told the associate that I was looking for a pair of shoes with more support because my Plantar Fasciitis was killing me. Instead of selling me on a very expensive pair of shoes (which he could of) he presented me with some reasonably priced insoles which made my whole stay SO much better at half the cost of a pair of shoes. Great customer service.
Very rude customer service. My daughter picked up one of the shoes in store and the lady who worked there yanked it out of her hand and told her if she wanted a certain size that she would get it for her. My daughter said she was just trying to show her mom (me) so she finally got the shoe back to show me and she set it on the ground to put it up next to her foot (not to try it on) and another lady who worked there ran right over and told us we can't try the shoe on without a booty, which we knew and we weren't trying to put the shoe on anyway. I felt like we were constantly being watched and as soon as my daughter did anything, they ran over to tell us. Not a pleasant experience.
